What do a former governor, a doctor, school teachers, a sales rep, air conditioning experts and several youthful retirees . . . a fire truck . . . and kids of all sizes, shapes and ages have in common? The answer is the Bloomington 7th Ward Primary water party!!!On Saturday, August 14 on the lawn at the Manzanita chapel, about thirty 4 to 12-year-olds and their Primary leaders gathered to play in the water, enjoy a perfect summer day and a popcycle, and the thrill of a shower provided by Engine #24 from the Bloomington Fire Department.
No doubt about it . . . it just doesn’t get any better than this!
